Shipping & Returns
We deliver MEDSPACLINIC and SMILEPLUS products across the United Arab Emirates and the wider GCC. Here’s everything you need to know about delivery timeframes, charges, and how returns work.
1. Where we deliver
We currently ship to the following regions:

If your delivery address falls outside these regions, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
2. Delivery timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, customs processing for cross-border GCC orders, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We’ll notify you of any significant delay to your order.
3. Shipping charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size
- We may offer free shipping promotions on orders above a minimum value from time to time — any active offer will be shown at checkout
- Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to customs duties or import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated
4. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking details where available. You can use this to follow your order’s progress with our courier partner through to delivery.
6. Returns eligibility
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unused, unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 3 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The product is not listed under Non-returnable items below
7. How to start a return
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery
- We’ll confirm whether your item is eligible and provide return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and arrange the return as instructed
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange — see our Refund Policy for timeframes
8. Non-returnable items
For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Bath salts, massage oils, soaps, and other personal care or cosmetic products once opened or used
- Essential oils once the seal is broken
- Baby care and feeding products once opened, for hygiene reasons
- Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase
9. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you — this applies even to items listed as non-returnable above, since the issue is on our end, not yours.
