This page explains how refunds work once a return or cancellation has been approved.

1. Refund eligibility

You’re eligible for a refund if:

  • Your returned item meets the conditions outlined in our Shipping & Returns page (unused, unopened, in original packaging, within 3 days of delivery)
  • Your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Your order is cancelled before it has been dispatched
  • Your order does not arrive within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, and is confirmed lost by the courier

2. Refund timeline

We’ll email you once your refund has been approved and processed on our end. From there, the exact time for funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank.

3. Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout wherever possible:

  • Card payments — refunded to the same card
  • Cash on delivery orders — refunded via bank transfer; we’ll contact you to confirm your bank details
  • Store credit — available as an alternative on request, processed instantly for use on a future order

4. Order cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it’s treated as a return and must follow the return process outlined in our Shipping & Returns page. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

5. Partial refunds

Partial refunds may apply in certain cases, including:

  • Only part of a multi-item order is returned
  • An item shows signs of use beyond inspection, where partial use is still eligible for a goodwill partial refund at our discretion
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)

7. Missing or delayed refunds

If it’s been longer than the timeframes above and you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or card statement again — processing times can vary by bank
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as some delays happen on their end
  3. If you’ve done both and still haven’t received your refund, contact us and we’ll look into it right away
